Our mission is to provide a common forum in which any person interested in the purpose of the American Water Resources Association, as well as anyone living, working, studying, or interested in the water resources discipline and related areas in Delaware can meet, discuss, and exchange ideas pertaining to all aspects of water resources research and management. |
We are made up of water resources professionals from the State of Delaware and surrounding region, all of whom share an interest in preserving the integrity of this valuable resource. We have representatives from the public water supply community, academic researchers, regulators, engineers, interested citizens, and various governmental agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Visit our About Us page to view our current Officers, Board of Directors, individual membership brochure, organizational membership brochure, and 2022 DEAWRA Bylaws.pdf.
The DEAWRA holds frequent Lunch and Learns, Field Trips, and other events for members. A few of the organization's main annual events are the Annual Dinner at the beginning of the year and the Annual Friends and Family Picnic in the fall. For more information about our events, visit our Events page.
